Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, test drives, and purchase processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service appointments, sales leads, and feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and requests.
- Promote Proton’s latest models, features, and promotions to customers, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Organize and manage customer events, test drive sessions, and dealership open days to boost engagement.
- Stay updated on Proton’s product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Degree holders are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Proton vehicles and automotive terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Malay and English fluency; additional languages are a bonus.
