Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and calendars for staff and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and educational materials.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, including venue booking and participant management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Provide administrative support to educators and staff, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.
- Act as a point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, offering professional and courteous assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial or bookkeeping tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with educational institutions or non-profit organizations is an advantage.
