Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales records.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the construction or steel industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
