Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales-related administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and client correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, and reporting systems.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients and stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve administrative issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stock shortages or delays.
- Support the sales team in organizing events, meetings, and client visits as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and data analysis is highly desirable.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
