As a Sales Admin Associate, you will manage the end-to-end processing of Purchase Orders (POs), coordinate closely with our internal logistics and supply chain teams, and provide real-time updates to our valued clients. Responsibility
- Manage and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently within the company system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and logistics documentation with high attention to detail.
- Resolve client complaints or order discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Prepare periodic sales administration reports for management review.
- Assist in the coordination of shipping documents and billing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM or inventory management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and cross-functional teams.
