Responsibility
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
