Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and reports to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and receipt management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
