Responsibility

  • Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and reconcile expenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment processing and inquiries.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursement processes.
  • Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
