Responsibility
- Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Handle petty cash transactions and reconcile expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment processing and inquiries.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursement processes.
- Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus.
