Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate logistics and shipment activities, including tracking deliveries and resolving discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse) to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reporting systems with precision.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support to resolve order-related issues.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
