Responsibility
- Review and process applications for the Jobseeker Support Scheme with meticulous attention to detail.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents submitted by applicants.
- Ensure all applications comply with program guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized records of processed applications and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information in applications.
- Provide administrative support to the claims processing team, including data entry and filing.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries of application statuses for management review.
- Uphold confidentiality and data security standards in handling sensitive applicant information.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in a support scheme or claims processing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and jobseeker support programs is a plus.
