Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Process sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation in a timely manner
- Coordinate between sales representatives, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and customer visits
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about products and services
- Support the sales team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales or customer service environments
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM systems
