Responsibility
- Sell and promote prepaid SIM cards to customers in assigned locations.
- Perform SIM card activations and ensure all customer details are accurately recorded.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, activations, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
