Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants for BukuWarung’s EDC solutions in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchant leads and business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate BukuWarung’s products and services to prospective merchants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term success.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the merchant success team to onboard and train new merchants.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on merchant interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital payments, or EDC solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for merchant visits.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business growth.
