As a Sales Acquisition Executive, youâll play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant network, building relationships with local businesses, and helping them thrive with BukuWarungâs EDC (Electronic Data Capture) solutions. Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants for BukuWarungâs EDC payment solutions across assigned territories in Bali.
- Conduct field visits to educate business owners on the benefits of digital payments and BukuWarungâs platform.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant onboarding and transaction volume.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to provide post-sales support and training.
- Collect market feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant details, and transaction data in CRM systems.
- Participate in local business events, trade shows, and community engagements to promote BukuWarung.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
- Strong understanding of EDC machines, digital wallets, and financial technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to proactively seek and close new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating with remote teams.
- Familiarity with Baliâs business landscape and local merchant communities is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training or events.
