Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to drive product adoption and sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the features and benefits of Rxilient Health solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to position Rxilient Health as a leader in healthcare solutions.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Rxilient Health and network with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of healthcare products, services, and industry regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
