Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants for BukuWarungâs EDC and digital payment solutions.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to onboard and train new merchants.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Represent BukuWarung at local events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (fintech/payment industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, digital payments, or financial technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
