Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants in Bali to adopt BukuWarung’s EDC solutions.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and merchant needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital payments, or EDC solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driving license for field visits.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Passion for helping small businesses grow through digital solutions.
