Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the clean energy sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for enterprise and SME clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in renewable energy adoption.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong negotiation and account management skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (additional languages a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Passion for clean energy and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting with Bali as a base.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
