In this role, you will be at the forefront of our market expansion, serving as a key liaison between our company and our clients in the veterinary and pet supply sector.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively promoting our range of high-quality animal-related products. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a knack for building long-term, trust-based relationships. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with veterinary clinics, pet shops, and distributors.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and educational presentations for current and prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management to review performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and product efficacy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, account management, or the veterinary/animal health industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Visayan.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Central Visayas region.
