You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively promoting our range of high-quality animal-related products. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with veterinary clinics, pet shops, and distributors.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and educational presentations for current and prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management to review performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and product efficacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, account management, or the veterinary/animal health industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Visayan.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Central Visayas region.
