As a SAR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the Team Leader, SAR Supervisor, and Regional Teams to address product and sales challenges, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding targets.
Based in one of Bali’s most dynamic areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll enjoy a stimulating work environment with opportunities for professional growth and impactful contributions.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and retention.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, SAR Supervisors, and Regional Teams to resolve product and sales-related issues.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and support.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the media or digital industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
