In this role, you will conduct daily canvas activities, visiting local shops and warungs to promote our products, build relationships, and drive sales.
This is a casual, performance-driven position offering a competitive daily rate of IDR 60,000 per day, with the potential to earn up to IDR 2,000,000 monthly. You must have your own motorcycle for mobility, as you’ll be covering multiple locations each day. Ideal candidates are self-starters with excellent communication skills and a knack for closing deals.

Responsibility
- Conduct daily field sales visits to a minimum of 5 shops or warungs per day in assigned areas.
- Promote and sell company products/services effectively to retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers.
- Track and report daily sales activities, leads, and outcomes accurately.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries professionally.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely and efficient route planning to maximize coverage.
- Submit daily reports on visits, sales, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Own a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (mandatory).
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or retail outreach (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Residence in or near Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
