Responsibility
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, SAR Supervisors, and Regional Teams to resolve product and sales-related issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory (Bali region).
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field (preferably in media, digital, or advertising).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with the Bali market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
