Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand AIA's customer base and market share in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Represent AIA at industry events, conferences, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop data-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
