Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new accounts in Bali’s food and beverage sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress against KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s presence.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client retention and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
