Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new accounts in Bali’s food and beverage sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress against KPIs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s presence.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and sales performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
