Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the glyphosate product line in the Indonesian market.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agricultural cooperatives.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Bayer's sustainability standards.
- Represent Bayer at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and partners on product features and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the agricultural sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the glyphosate market and agricultural industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
