Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the glyphosate product line in the Indonesian market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agricultural cooperatives.
  • Conduct market research to assess trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and Bayer's sustainability standards.
  • Represent Bayer at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the agricultural sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the glyphosate market and agricultural industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
