Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end event bookings, including client consultations, venue tours, and contract finalization.
- Promote event spaces through targeted outreach, social media, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative event solutions.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the company’s network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, event management, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the events industry and a creative mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
