Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to secure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions for key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the company and expand its network.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
