Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Bali to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the Bali market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
