Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive prospecting and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs analysis to final contract closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline within our CRM system.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate assigned market segments effectively.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a results-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
