In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals with high-value clients. Your expertise in lead generation and relationship-building will be key to establishing a strong market presence in Bali’s competitive landscape.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali.
  • Conduct field sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a field-based role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth.
