In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals with high-value clients. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali.
- Conduct field sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a field-based role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth.
