Responsibility
- Lead and manage the sales team in Bali to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure high productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
