Responsibility

  • Account Retention & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to retain and expand key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term partnerships through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to maximize account profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align account strategies with company goals and market trends.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key account metrics (e.g., revenue, churn rate, engagement) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service agreements to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of account activities, interactions, and performance for internal reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, with a track record of retaining and growing high-value accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B sales, preferably in sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Technology, or Hospitality (Bali’s key industries).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Strong ability to negotiate contracts, resolve conflicts, and close deals with a win-win approach.
  • Analytical Mindset: Adept at interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to enhance account performance.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage account portfolios efficiently.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Passionate about understanding client needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
