Join Regen One Foods Corporation as a Sales Account Assistant – Reliever in our dynamic team based in Bali. This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales support, account management, and customer service for a period of three (3) months.

Responsibility
- Provide temporary support to the sales team in managing client accounts and inquiries.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and filing.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports to management for review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with sales processes and account management is a plus.
- Willingness to commit to a 3-month temporary assignment in Bali.
