Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Configure and manage identity and access management (IAM) policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SailPoint with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SailPoint configurations and processes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SailPoint solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IAM.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SailPoint Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in SailPoint or IAM are a plus.
