Responsibility
- Manage and maintain ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee user access, permissions, and security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users to maximize system adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with system documentation, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.
