Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IT integration solutions for factory operations.
- Oversee the integration of ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to identify integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices for system integration and data security.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system integration, scalability, and user experience.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT system integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in integrating ERP, MES, and factory automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with cloud computing, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
