Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to IT security and data integrity.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies.
- Conduct regular audits and updates to maintain system security and efficiency.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Train end-users on IT best practices and new system implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Experience with IT infrastructure in semiconductor or similar high-tech industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.
