Responsibility
- Monitor and manage security operations, including surveillance systems and access control, to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security risks or hazards.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve situations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed to maintain a secure environment.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance safety awareness among staff.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and daily activity logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with safety-related inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and company-specific safety and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk management.
- Excellent observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while handling challenging situations.
- Proficient in using security equipment, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and communication devices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external authorities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Certification in first aid, CPR, or other relevant safety training is a plus.
