Responsibility
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities tailored to guest preferences.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (housekeeping, concierge, F&B) to fulfill guest requests promptly and exceed expectations.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency using property management systems.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and discretion, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local events to offer informed suggestions.
- Assist in organizing special events, VIP stays, or group bookings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service delivery at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or a customer-facing role (luxury hotels/resorts preferred).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
- Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is advantageous.
- Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
