Responsibility
- Oversee daily resort operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Lead and motivate the resort team, fostering a culture of excellence and guest-centric service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across all resort areas.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to resort policies.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to uphold Amanjiwo's luxury standards.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, highlighting key incidents, guest feedback, and operational insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
