Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks related to project development, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and financial records.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project-related communications, including emails, meetings, and documentation.
- Support the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project administration, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and business practices in Bali is a plus.
