Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Assist in food preparation, packaging, and presentation according to bakery standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and dishwashing stations.
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly.
- Restock service stations with necessary supplies (e.g., napkins, cutlery, condiments).
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
