This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in some of Bali's most exciting locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. If you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for customer service, we'd love to have you on our team!
Responsibility
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently in a booth or event setting.
- Serve food and beverages with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure the booth or service area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down booths or service stations as needed.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and notify supervisors of any shortages.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Bali as assigned.
