Responsibility
- Host live events, performances, and interactive segments with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage audiences through creative introductions, games, and crowd interactions
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure smooth event flow and timing
- Maintain high energy levels throughout shifts to create vibrant atmospheres
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Adapt hosting style to different event types and audience demographics
- Assist with event setup, sound checks, and technical coordination
- Represent the brand professionally both on and off stage
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hosting, MC work, or live entertainment (hospitality experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial)
- Confident stage presence and ability to command audience attention
- Quick thinking and ability to improvise in live situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to perform for extended periods in various conditions
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or ability to obtain one)
