Responsibility
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals to uphold Marriottās service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to maintain operational harmony.
- Monitor and manage inventory, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency.
- Implement and enforce company policies, health/safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence.
- Assist in strategic planning for events, promotions, and guest experience enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local tourism trends and cultural sensitivity to cater to a global clientele.
