Responsibility
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the highest standards of care and security.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or recommendations for local attractions, dining, and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe valet area, including monitoring vehicle keys and ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate with hotel staff, including concierge, front desk, and security, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with discretion and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including traffic regulations and vehicle handling protocols.
- Provide exceptional service to VIP guests and handle special requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a valet, driving, or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with efficiency and composure.
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods and handle luggage and vehicle operations.
- Age 35 or below (as per client requirements).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
