Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality Japanese dishes, with a focus on Omakase-style dining.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development, ensuring a diverse and authentic selection.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie, preferably in a Japanese or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, including traditional techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
