Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in restaurants, hotels, or similar establishments (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
