Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks, with precision and creativity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, anticipating their needs and enhancing their overall experience.
- Manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, and assist with stock ordering and rotation.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, operate POS systems, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events.
- Upsell premium beverages and promotions to maximize revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, including responsible alcohol service and adherence to local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel setting.
- Proven expertise in mixing classic and contemporary cocktails, with a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization in bar operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
