Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the Westin Executive Club, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of hospitality professionals to uphold Westinâs high standards of service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure VIP guests and Executive Club members receive personalized and exceptional experiences.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the Executive Club lounge, ensuring it meets brand standards for cleanliness, ambiance, and amenities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest loyalty and engagement within the Executive Club.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing exclusive events and promotions for Executive Club members.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
